"I been with this agent for the past 3 years I ended up getting a new policy for my new vehicle where they quoted for $280 .. unfortunately over the weekend there not open and had to call State farm customer services directly where they help me out. When I called my agent they told had told me two different prices were showing in the system where Edgar went ahead and went for the bigger bet of charging me $400 .. where I was quoted before $280. I wasn't very happy with the services they provided and decided to leave state farm... As well I'm leaving this review because I try calling them to cancel my insurance with them and they decided to blocked & refused to pick my phone calls. I would recommend to go to different agencies if you want to start your journey with state farm."

"I have been a customer of Kimberly Salas for almost 2 years now. I have had nothing but great experiences. She helped me so much when I had my car stolen back in March. It was a really hard time and it was a really difficult thing to deal with but she made the insurance part of it all so much easier. Not only has she made sure I've had a good experience with State Farm the past two years but I also run a dance team for a middle school in Boyle heights. The girls on the dance team cannot afford to buy the items necessary and Kimberly Salas was kind enough to give a huge donation to a team of 50 girls.
